Monoprice Ultimate Tool Holder (duplicator 6) - Skinnier Arm

In the original version the arm didn't fit the hole in my scraper. I suspect Monoprice changed up the scraper they included with the printer. This remix knocks the width of the arm down to 80% of the original, which fits my scraper well. The height and depth of the arm are unchanged.
