I used PETG, perfect material, works great. Set CIRCULAR INFILL 80-90%, not 100% or circular infill not working! (at least in Cura). I made two holes for magnets I got from small figures with magnetic hands and feet. Hall sensor google 43A. Hot glue the sensor in place.
It is made for small escooter handlebar diameter 21mm (the part has 22mm), see drawing.
