Band Saw Low Clearance Insert

A recent dumpster acquisition was an old rusty 9" Delta Band Saw with a broken blade, tensioner and missing parts.

I was able to source the tension bolt (or get a close proximity replacement) got new blades and borrow a spring from my daughter's old crib for the compression spring (provides belt tension by resisting against the tension bold.

The last piece I was to repair is the table top insert for the blade. You could stick your finger in the gap and it doesn't help to reduce blade saw
