LCD Mod for Petsfang

Remix of Jeoncs 'Hictop Ender 2 LCD and Control Mod' to allow for a Petsfang part cooling fan.

It isn't nearly as pretty as the original, but the fang would hit the housing when trying to home, so I had to cut out some of the back of this in order for everything to work nicely together.

Thanks to Jeoncs for sharing the original file with me so I could make this quick change to it.
