I made this for the simple reason that cartridges for Parker Vectors are super expensive in my place. But you can make use of this if you lost your cartridge too, or you can't find a converter that fits into the pen. This design makes use of clear PLA as a substitute for the cloudy plastic commonly used in pen cartridges.
