So I couldn't find a cable clip I could use to route cables through 3030 extrusions, so I made one. The other ones I came across relied on opposing sides of the extrusion being available.

EDIT: use whatever filament you like, just keep in mind that the clip has to be able to bend a little. I did mine in ABS and that worked out well.
