CO2 canister holder for bike, 34.9mm seat post

I needed something similar, but:
- for 34.9 mm wide seatpost
- little bit higher (for 16+ cans)
- little bit stiffer, with more solid bottom
- for placing canister + pump (=canister with sleeve).

Designed for use with Decathlon CO2 pump, maybe fits others as well.
