Reuse old spool with 54 mm Adaptor (for refill filament)

Instead of buy or print an entire refill spool, you can use this adaptor to reuse an old empty spool.

At the first time I try to only split the original spool but the refill hole is too small. I needed to remove the entier center. The adaptor work fine.

New: I add a new part to fit the econofil refill with the adaptator. I add space for the tie wrap.
