PRUSA MK2S, MK3 support for Ikea Stuva (MMU V1 compatible)

This is 3D part for Ikea STUVA frame 301.281.77 60cm*50cm*64cm.
I wanted the most compact box for whole thing : MK2s+MMU + Filament.

I added :

- old GRUNDTAL or actual KUNGSFORS 403.349.16 that seems to be the same. I cut them according to me need.

- ikea SINDVIK glass door 902.918.58

- Ikea OMLOPP 702.452.21 60cm that I shorted (with metal saw : remove opaque plastic
and cut epoxy between led) with his psu ===> this is really nice because with this LED ramp, you clearly see p
