Sliding door track cleaner

I live in a desert, and during monsoon season the wind and rain drives a lot of dust and dirt into the track of my sliding door.

I used to use a flat head screw driver and/or a stiff brush to clean out the track. it took a lot of time and often left me with another mess to clean up.

after a little thought I figured out a better way. this tool is wide enough to fit in the track with very little room on either side. It scraps along the flat bottom and collects the dirt quite nicely.
