This Uno mounting plate is designed for flexible mounting - glue it in place, hard mount it with screws, or use magnets for permanent or semi-permanent attachment. The design is for 12x3mm magnets (look on Amazon) with 3mm mounting posts that are tapped post-print. You could also use small wood screws (#4) or other self-tapping screws of similar size to mount the Arduino to the plate. The Fusion 360 file is fairly flexible in those dimensions if you need to tweak things.
