Parametric Switch Panel

Update 9/15/12: v0.69 includes mounting holes, trace output, snap-on Prusa Mendel brackets, and "debug" methods.

This is a fully parametric, fully printable switch panel. Currently 26 parameters can be tweaked to change everything from the size of number of switches and panel to the number of throws and throw angle.
