This is a clamp mount for aviation cabin air thermometer TB-45.
I designed this to clamp on one of the door pockets on my faulty Samsung fridge so I could monitor the temperature inside. The clamp is designed for 4.1mm wall thickness.
This thermometer is the only one I had nearby :)
