A filament guide that slides on the extrusion. It was created in TinkerCAD and is part of the top down Extruder Mod I am tinkering with.

You will need the bearing, and either of the filament guides. I have used meshmixer to create one with supports already. Otherwise use the unsupported one and align it however you wish.
