Fully printable easy spool holder with screw hole

This is a remix of the original easy spool holder with a screw hole in it for a 4mm screw diameter.

I also remixed the filament lead from the Adjustable Spool Holder for Prusa i3 MK3 Enclosure to have a slightly longer post in case you are putting your holder in a dry box on top of an Ikea Lack table. The filament lead adds about 20 minutes to the print.
