Baseball Base Plug

I have searched and searched and never found a good plug for baseball bases, so I designed my own. We have been using a rubber, mushroom head plug for our bases, but the drag we use does not take kindly to those plugs. I tried to design a plug for the bases that could be immune to a drag, but also be visible for when the bases needed to be installed.
