External LCD Support for Sharebot NG

With this support, you can move the original LCD out of the Printer.
Now you can use a custom fan duct for a best flow with PLA parts.
Is possibile to use the original plastic exagonal (h=10mm) support with nuts moved outside.
You need a new Screws (external, i used a TBEI screw M3x20) to fix it.

Now the sd card input is correct (the original is too much large).
