NOTICE (2018-08-18) - The horizontal guide will still interfere with the extruder carriage at the highest z-level, so be aware. I use the angled one as the clearance is better.

Whilst in the process of upgrading my Prusa i3 Mk2.5 to the full Bear (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2808408), I realised I needed to replace the filament guide with a V-Slot compatible one. So I remixed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1940114) to make it V-slot compatible.
