This device slides in next to the SD-Card to fool the battery cover switch when using an external power supply with the Canon EOS-m (original) camera.
The external supply was an ebay purchase and can be found here

Once this little part is added it all works perfectly.
I printed this in PLA at 0.05 layer heights,
