Slip Ring Nacelle for plaszlonet's wind turbine

There are two versions of the nacelle:
One for Shimano DH-F703 which has a thinner axle, about 5mm
One for Shimano DH-2N30-E which has a thicker axle, about 9mm

This part adds a slip ring to the turbine to allow the nacelle to rotate indefinitely without the wires tangling. It replaces part "wind_t_h_front_V4.stl"

The turbine tower adapter stl allows you to mount the turntable to the 50cm M10 filleted rod you would have bought for the original design of the turbine.
