EZOut Breakway Filament Sensor Mount Bottom without Cable Clip for the Ender3, CR-10, CR-10S4/5

I had an TH3D EZOut Filament sensor that I wanted to mount on my Ender 3 but didn't like it just hanging in the air. I found this Break-Away EZOut mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2671113) which is pretty close to what I wanted/needed except that I didn't want/need the cable clip.
