Vent adaptor for iOttie Car Mount Holder

This can be used to convert a "iOttie Easy One Touch Car Mount Holder" ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007FHX9OK/ ) from a sticky mount to a vent mount, extending its life and keeping us from needing to throw it away. The sticky failed on mine after four years, so this extends the life. This works on the vent of a Subaru Outback 2015, at least. (The lip helps keep it from falling down.) Requires one M5 nut.
