Wheel stand for rodent wheel by @samxthomas.
Shopped for a mouse wheel, found nothing under $15 that was truly SILENT. Then I found this wheel by @samxthomas (see original to print the wheel), built a stand for it, cannibalized a fidget spinner for the bearing, and BOOM, a $3 completely silent mouse wheel!
