Short-Point Colouring Pencil/Pencil-Crayon Sharpener Adapter

Certain brands of high-quality pencil-crayons (aka *colouring pencils*, if you're from outside Canada) have thick, fragile wax cores. These lay down great colour but they break or crumble if you use standard sharpeners.
