Basic Filament Filter

This is a simple filament filter I threw together. It's clunky and heavy, but it gets the job done.

I would recommend PETG to avoid snapping the little catch on the front. Print the parts solid and lying on their largest faces. One model is already in this position and the other will need to be turned over.

The hinge is an 1/8" metal dowel pin.

The filter material is two pieces of foam cut approximately 30x15x7.5mm.
