Simple Pen Gift Box with Sliding Top

I separated out the two halves -- the sliding top and the box. For my own work, I have added my logo (I make and sell pens) to the box top, which adds a good bit of flair. You could probably do something similar in Tinkercad or any STL editor.

The tolerances are intentionally a little loose on the list to allow for warping/expansion, and to make it easy to slide on/off without breaking the relatively thin plastic slide.
