raise3d n2 plus top lid risers

This set of risers is intended to raise the printer’s entire top lid to prevent the head from overheating during printing. To deal with outgassing from nylon (which I am allergic to), the fan to outside is sufficient to maintain control of airflow up and out of the machine given the doors are closed during printing.
