Tronxy XY-100/STARTT bed support for 12x12 cm hotbed with strain relief

**WARNING**: cannot be printed directly on the XY-100, you need a bigger printer (I used my Anet A8)

This is a replacement of the Tronxy XY-100 or STARTT bed support for adding a 12x12cm hotbed. The support also includes a strain relief for the hotbed cables (optional)
