CR-10 Octoprint Touch UI screen support

This is a clean touch screen Waveshare 3,5" B case for use with the Touch UI plugin (Octoprint).

You will must have x5 M3 screws and nuts for the case himself and x2 M4 screws a short longer that the originals for the part who is attached with the printer case.

I used a old IDE ribbon as a GPIO exterder (at your own risks, i burned a screen with a mad connexion mistake).

Good luck to install at finished Touch UI with your sreen but I don't know why, Touch UI (0.16.0) works only with Oct
