Extruder plate for wallace and makergear hot-end or j-head

A plate to put on the X-carriage of the wallace and under the extruder to have possibility to put a makergear hotend with 36mm barrel, or a jhead. Because The X-carriage is too high to put this without that. It also have a 40mm fan mount to keep carriage and extuder cool.
