Rain gauge holder, fence/post mountable

This is a holder for a simple rain gauge that can be mounted on a fence or a post. The key to accurate measurement with a gauge like this is that the top has to be unobstructed in a circle of a couple of meters, so don't mount it close to a house. This way rain coming from any direction can fall in. This holder allows you to position the gauge in good way.
