PanelDue holder and swivel box

- Added detents. The weight of the panel was too much to keep the panel in any position. It was enough initially, but then the surfaces wore in, and it started to sink.

PanelDue case for the 5 inch version. It has a small box around it, that allows the display to be rotated. It is designed to be mounted in a coreXY with a heated chamber, facing the front. You can then make a cutout in the door it. The case has a finger tab to rotate
