Mike's Hot End v2

I took my previous design and modified it to work for 1.75mm filament. Keeping the threaded rod the same size allowed a simplified design.
I found a ceramic liner very close in size and will soon test it for high temp printing....
This is designed to fit with my water-cooling setup (coming soon)
