I collect wooden puzzles at home as decoration. I wanted to get better at milling parts that fit together, so I decided to recreate this puzzle using acrylic.

I did have to sand parts of the pieces down so they fit, I did not account for the inner-corner issue CNC milling has. Therefore I'll just drop a disclaimer that sanding/fillets are needed.

This is a revised version to reflect the new dimensions. All pieces have a 0.05in gap for close to press-fit finish.
