Do you use an Otter Box for your iPhone? Here is a simple way to securely mount your phone to a tripod. Just drop in a 1/4 inch standard nut into the recess before it bridges over and you have a simple and effective way to mount your phone to a tripod.

Any material should work. No supports or rafts needed.

Printed and tested on an iPhone 8 in a standard Otter Box. You should be able to scale a little in X and Y on your slicer to make it fit most other phones. Note: I also changed col
