easy print cr-10 directdrive mount

With this design all stock parts from cr-10 will work without the need to buy anything extra.
This is a barebones mount for a direct drive setup for a cr-10 using a cr-10 oem fang mod

i have done extensive testing running at 50mm speed with no issues or problems with quality.
No more need for a stupid tube.this design also allows for quicker filament changes.
