Made a few changes to [dktosoch's case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2398913):
1. Made the GPIO cutout WAY bigger to accommodate a ribbon cable.
2. Made the A/V port cutout bigger. Originally, it was too small for most of my 3.5mm plugs to be seated securely.
3. Added a tab to the lid so it stays on better.
4. Added a Microsoft Azure logo cutout. After all, when I make my IoT projects, I'm running Azure on the backend!
