This is an amulet that was briefly featured in the Dark Brotherhood questline in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It was used to pay for the assassination of the emperor.
It's not perfect by any means, the loop is too small and will break, and it's not completely exact, but oh well. Here it is if you want it.
I used Onshape and reference pictures from in game to make this model.
