Print this at highest quality for smoothest surface. I found that 0.08 layer height worked perfectly for me.
Pick a fairly high infill, above 50%.

No support needed.

I do advise you to print atleast 5 or more at once, since the ball part will curve up and leave bad surface finish if cooling is not sufficent.
