Kossel Board Holder Micromake v1 board

I felt the original was a bit too filmxy and I didn't like that the board sat without any standoffs, I added nut holes on the bottom to help for threading and raised the board up about 2MM to allow for more airflow, to replace the removed under fin I added two side stabilizer rails that are designed to allow for the wiring to be freely connected though it has an enlarged opening on the power supply side to allow for easy wiring of the heater. To further strengthen it a cosmetic faceplate cover.
