TransTEC frog lite top plate with 25° gopro hero mount and 30° pigtail hole

Modified the original design to replace the gopro session mount with a wider gopro hero mount for better camera support and to create sufficient space below the mount to pass a strap through.
Replaced the hanging pigtail port with a 30° raised pigtail mount to make space for a LED taillight with buzzer (Matek WS2512B).
Replaced the longer slits with shorter ones (with rounded corners for lesser cracking chances).
