Thin CR10 filament guide M6 & M9

Remix of a filament guide for the CR10, changed to accept an M6 or M9 (M10? the big ones) bowden coupling. Shaved a bit off the top and added a thin cap as to make the whole thing a few mm thinner. This means you keep the full 400mm height of the CR10, the original (with added cap) gives you about 395mm in height,

Couldn't find a good groove for the M6 but as it is screws in just fine. There isn't a lot of force on that end of the tube anyway.
