Improved rotor attempt for Flying Helicopter Toy

WIP. I noticed that the sharp edge rotor for the flying helicopter toy needs a little push to un-stall the blades and get it to fly well. This thing is a replacement rotor using an Eppler 423 low Re airfoil with blades twisted to what I think the launch conditions are. I printed this first draft a couple different ways with no great results so far
