CR-10 Pen holder

Slight redesign, fits Sharpie Pen Stylo markers with 0.8mm tip. Hole for pen is 10.5mm, has clamping screw to secure pen, works with stock printer setup, no need to remove metal fan box. Raised pen holder up from original to clear the reduced diameter where the cap snaps on and trimmed the outside edge so it doesn't hang over the original X carriage.
