This is a tapered slip fit adapter that lets you connect the flexible hose from a Rigid Shop Vac into 2 inch Schedule 40 PVC Pipe.
# Why would I want one of these?
Shop Vac Brand pipes and extensions are expensive. 2" PVC is comparatively cheap. This type of PVC has a slightly smaller inner diameter than the shop vac pipe, so there are some trade-offs.
