handle for 1/4-20 bolt (camera tripod mount size)

Handle for a 1/4" - 20 bolt, the standard size for a camera tripod mount. This one is 35 mm diam. and 6 mm thick, plus a 3 mm shaft collar, but those are all parameters in the SCAD file. I had to ream it out a bit for the bolt to slide smoothly into the hole, so the bolt diameter "dscrew" parameter should probably be about 0.1 or 0.2 mm larger.
