Black and Decker 18v Drill Battery Adapter for LIDL Parkside 20v Batteries

Black & Decker 18v battery adapter to use LIDL Parkside 20v batteries. These are about the cheapest and easiest to get (in the UK anyway) Li-ion batteries costing £12 for a 2Ah battery or £23 for a 4Ah battery.

Use the top part of the old B&D battery case and fix to the adapter with M3 20mm bolts and nuts. Make 2 L shaped battery contact tags and solder as per the picture. Epoxy them in place. Screw and epoxy the LIDL adapter on top and epoxy the spacer for the B&D contacts underneath. I
