Creality Ender 3 / CR10 extruder feed knob!

A very simple, but I think essential mod for my Ender 3 (or most Creality) 3D printers..
It's just a knob that fits on the end of the extruder feed motor shaft.. Makes feeding the filament a breeze, and manually priming the extruder is soo easy..
Print at 100% infill, I used Pet-G.. Needs a 3mm x 5mm long grub screw, and the little hole tapping for the screw.. Pop it on the shaft, tighten the grub screw against the flat, and off you go!
