Y-idler with tensioner, stop, and external bearings for Bear MK3

Big thanks to zbrozek for creating this in the first place.

I Remixed this for larger bearing reliability and to integrate a stop. Also increased the height of the screw seat in order to use the same M5x10mm screws from the kit.
