PC4-M6 to PC4-M10/PC4-01 pneumatic fitting adapter (using E3D V6 or clone throat)

I found myself in urgent need of a PC4-M6 pneumatic fitting but the printed fittings that I've tried broke nearly instantly. Since I had a ton of PC4-01 fittings laying around, I designed this part. It requires the throat of an E3D V6/Volcano hotend (or a clone), matching the throat to the PC4-01 or a PC4-M10 fitting. Since the printed part will not come in direct contact with the filament, there is no risk of damaging the printed part.
